DJR manages and programs the entire development process obtaining real estate entitlements, approvals, and permits from the city or a local agency, as well as pre-construction costing, budgeting, and bidding. DJR assembles the team – engineers, architects, contractors, and other consultants – negotiates contracts, manages scope, and provides value creating solutions just as if the property were our own.
DJR acts as the owner’s representative, the owner’s advocate on every aspect of a development project. Our approach is as if we are the owner, whether we have an ownership interest in the project or not.
